Supporting basic device-level accessibility options greatly expands your target audience. It strives to make your service offering equally immersive to users who would otherwise be having sub-par experience. These users, in terms of pure numbers, may be a minority to Gojek but through research and data we discovered them being power users with high order-values per month. The potential to increase the number of orders by the users was huge.
